Pastor Adam Manian grew up in the Milwaukee area of Wisconsin where he attended Lutheran
grade schools and high School. After he graduated from high school he attended Martin Luther
College in New Ulm MN where he studied a pre-ministry course. After graduating in 2002 he
went on to attend Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in Mequon Wisconsin. From that institution he
received his Master of Divinity. He was assigned to serve Immanuel Lutheran church in Tyler,
MN in 2007. In 2016 he accepted the call to serve St. John’s Lutheran Church in Vesta and
Peace Lutheran church in Echo.
Pastor Manian met his wife while they attended high school together in Wisconsin. Renee also
attended Martin Luther College and graduated with a teaching degree with an English emphasis.
She had been teaching Language Arts at RTR middle school in Russel, MN from 2007 until 2019.  In 2019 she accepted a call to teach 1st and 2nd grade at Samuel Lutheran School in Marshall, MN.
Pastor and Renee have been blessed with three children, Sam (2008), Anna (2011) and Seth
(2013) who fill their lives with joy and activity.
Pastor Manian’s love for the word of God is what led him into the ministry. Apart from his love
for God and his love for his family he also enjoys playing video games building Star Wars Lego
sets and teasing people. So, unless he is speaking about matters of God or the church, don’t take
him too seriously since he probably isn’t being very serious himself.
